Exchange & Return Policy

At Zoyachu, we strive to ensure you love every product you receive. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before raising a request.

📦 Exchange Policy

  • All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the day of delivery).
  • Exchanges are accepted in cases of a size issue or wrong product received.
  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup and exchange it with the correct size or product of the same value — at no extra charge.
  • If the replacement product is of a higher value, the difference in amount must be paid online.
  • Size issues are eligible for a free exchange but not a refund.
  • Exchange/return requests will be processed only once per order.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in genuine cases of defective or damaged products.
  • To raise a refund request, email us at infozoyachu@gmail.com with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defective product.
  • In exceptional cases where a return is accepted (correct order delivered, no defect), a ₹100 reverse pickup charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment account or your provided bank account.

🚫 Non-Eligible for Exchange or Refund

  • Products that have been used or washed even once.
  • Products with a slight variation in colour or design from what is shown on our website, social media, or ads (minor variations are natural and expected).
  • Products bought during a sale or with a discount code.
  • Defects caused due to customer's own actions or negligence.
  • Products without the original sticker/label, improperly folded, or inadequately packed for return transit.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Please ensure products are returned with the original label intact, properly folded and packed to avoid damage in transit. Exchanges will not be processed otherwise.
  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery to avoid complications.
  • Zoyachu reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return if the merchandise does not meet the required conditions.
  • If upon verification the defect is found to be caused by the customer, no refund will be applicable.
