At Zoyachu, we work hard to get your favourite products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of placement.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Pan India: Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Jammu & Kashmir and North East India: Delivery may take up to 10 working days due to geographical factors.
  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability.

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please write to us at infozoyachu@gmail.com and we'll sort it out right away.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received?

We understand this can be concerning. In most cases, the package may have been received by a family member, neighbour, flatmate, or left at your office mailroom — so we recommend checking with them first.

If you still haven't received your order after the delivery notification:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
  • We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • In genuine cases, after a thorough investigation (which takes up to 10 working days), a full refund will be issued.

⚠️ Please Note: After the 48-hour window, it becomes difficult for us to take action, and Zoyachu will not be held liable for any losses reported beyond this period.
